Acceptance of terms
By using this website, requesting a quote, or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or request services through it.
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.
Services
We provide automotive maintenance and repair services as described on our site. Services may include diagnostics, inspections, mechanical repair, electrical work, consumables replacement, and related assistance.
Actual work and final scope depend on vehicle condition, safety requirements, and parts availability. Any estimates are non-binding until we confirm the diagnosis and the final scope with you.
Estimates, approvals, and changes
We may provide estimates based on the information you provide. After inspection, we may update the estimate and request your approval before continuing. If during repair we discover additional issues, we will ask for approval for any material scope or cost changes when practicable.
For safety-critical issues, we may refuse to perform partial work that would leave the vehicle in an unsafe condition, or we may recommend additional steps to ensure roadworthiness.
Pricing and payment
Displayed prices are in EUR and include labor unless stated otherwise. Taxes and fees are included when required by law, or shown separately where applicable.
Payment terms may vary by service. We confirm costs before starting work and may request a deposit for special-order parts or extensive work. Late or failed payments may delay delivery or collection of the vehicle and may incur lawful recovery costs.
Booking and cancellations
Bookings may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. If you miss an appointment or cancel late, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover reserved time and preparation.
If we need to reschedule due to technician availability, parts delays, or safety conditions, we will notify you and offer the next available options.
Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle, contact details, and the symptoms you are experiencing. You are responsible for removing valuable personal items from the vehicle prior to service.
Where required, you must provide proof of ownership or authorization to present the vehicle for service. You are responsible for ensuring you can legally drive or transport the vehicle to and from our facility.
Warranty
Workmanship warranty durations vary by service and may depend on parts manufacturer warranty terms. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, warranty coverage applies to the specific work performed and the parts supplied by us.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, racing, neglect, modifications not performed by us, or failures resulting from unrelated components. If you believe an issue is covered, contact us promptly so we can inspect and determine the appropriate remedy.

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to access restricted areas, scraping, interfering with performance, injecting malicious code, or submitting false booking information.
We may suspend or restrict access to the website if we believe your use creates risk, violates these Terms, or breaches applicable law.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service giving rise to the claim, except in cases of willful misconduct or other non-excludable statutory rights.
